Basic FAQs about GMTI
 
 
1. What does GMTI stand for?

2. What is the cost and what does this include?
The price for the training varies based on location. The cost includes training, materials, lunch, and beverages.

3. Why do I have to be approved to register?
It is important that participants have the necessary authorisation and meet specific eligibility standards. Because of this, you must submit an application, including a recommendation from your pastor or another
recognised ministry leader.

4. What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?
There are no refunds available for this training.

5. Do you provide housing? If not, what hotels are nearby?
Housing is not provided. A list of nearby hotels is posted on the "Travel" page for each GMTI regional session. Please note that accommodations are solely your responsibility.

6. Do you provide directions or a map to the GMTI location?
Yes. Once an application is approved, directions and further instructions will be provided.

7. Is transportation convenient to the location?
Transportation is your responsibility. We have tried to recommend conveniently-located hotels. However, since you are free to stay wherever you like, we recommend you consider your personal preferences for transportation before arriving.

8. Will childcare be provided?
No, childcare is not provided.
 
9. What is the dress code?
Respectable attire is requested.

10. Will books and study materials be provided?
Binders will be provided and study materials will be distributed at each session.

11. Will I need a computer?
No. However, you are free to bring a laptop if you like. However, wireless access will not be available during the Institute.

12. Who will be instructing?

Information on the Institute leadership and instructors can be found on the "Speaking Team" link for each GMTI regional session.
 
13. Are all the sessions in large groups or will I be able to ask questions one-on-one with instructors?
All sessions are in group format. However, instructors will be available during a one-on-one period and after sessions.
 
14. Will I be able to get hands-on instruction with video and audio equipment?
We will make an effort to give you the opportunity to handle equipment. However, because of the size of the group, there are no guarantees that every participant will have this opportunity.
 
15. Will the sessions be translated in languages other than English? Will sign language be available?
At this time, the training will be in English only. No sign language will be provided.
 
16. May I record the sessions in either audio or video?
No recordings are permitted. However, you are encouraged to take notes.
 
17. Will audio or video recordings of the sessions be made available?
The training session is being recorded and will be available after the conclusion of the Institute.
 
18. Does GMTI have a campus?
Global Media Training Institute is the first step of a training facility that will be built at the City of Light, our new headquarters and outreach centre now under construction in South Carolina, USA. When completed, this Centre will include the first ever Christian, Global Media Production and Training Facility.
 
    It will be a state-of-the-art production facility where people throughout the world will come for intensive training in production, lighting, scriptwriting, marketing, set design, and all phases of media ministry. However, we will continue to hold International Regional Institutes at selected locations throughout the world.
 
19. I understand GMTI is presented by Inspiration Ministries. Can you tell me more about this ministry?

20. Who are David and Barbara Cerullo?
